Refund policy

We want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your orders and shopping experience. In the unlikely event that you’re unhappy, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve any issues.

If you have an issue with your delivery or would like to report a faulty item please email us customer@fresh-select.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your order.

For perishable items, we can only issue refunds or replacement products for faulty items – subject to them being returned to us in their original condition for inspection prior to their use by dates.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
