Traditional Unsmoked: The pure, clean taste of premium pork. Our unsmoked back bacon is subtly salt-cured, allowing the natural sweetness of the meat to take center stage. Ideal for those who prefer a delicate, classic flavor.
Signature Smoked: For a bold, aromatic experience. Our back bacon is slowly smoked over natural oak chippings to develop a deep, woody fragrance and a rich, savoury finish.
Crispy Streaky Bacon: The chef’s favourite. Cut from the belly for a higher fat-to-meat ratio, our streaky bacon (available smoked or unsmoked) renders down to a perfect, glass-like crunch.

British Pork (97%), Salt, Sugar, Preservatives (E250, E252), Antioxidant (E301). Smoked varieties contain natural wood smoke.

Storage Advice: Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, consume within 3 days.
Freezing: Suitable for home freezing on the day of purchase for up to 6 months.
