Cooking Inspiration
The Classic Pan-Sear: Season with sea salt, cracked black pepper, and fresh rosemary. Sear in a hot pan for 4–6 minutes per side. Add a knob of butter and a crushed garlic clove for the final minute to baste.
Minted Lamb Grills: Marinate in a mix of garden mint, olive oil, and a squeeze of lemon for 2 hours before hitting a hot grill for a bright, traditional finish.
Garlic & Thyme Roast: Briefly sear the edges in a pan, then finish in a hot oven at 200°C for 8–10 minutes for perfectly pink, succulent results.
Greek Style: Rub with dried oregano, garlic powder, and lemon zest. Serve alongside a fresh Greek salad and tzatziki.
Cooking Instructions
Pan-Fry/Grill: 4–6 minutes per side for medium-rare, or 7–8 minutes for medium-well.
