We’ve kept the seasoning simple with cracked black pepper and sea salt to let the high-quality poultry shine. Cooking Inspiration

The Mediterranean Bun: Serve in a toasted brioche bun with a dollop of garlic aioli, sun-dried tomatoes, and fresh baby spinach.

"Because we use thigh meat, these burgers are much more forgiving on the grill than breast-meat burgers. To get that 'restaurant-style' finish, try basting the burger with a tiny bit of butter and an extra sprig of thyme in the last minute of cooking. It amplifies the herbal aroma and creates a beautiful golden crust!"
