"Because chicken mince is very lean, it can dry out faster than beef if overcooked. To keep your meatballs or burgers incredibly juicy, try adding a 'moisture booster' to the mix—a tablespoon of Greek yogurt, ricotta, or even some grated courgette (zucchini) works wonders. Always cook until the meat is white all the way through, but avoid high-heat searing for too long!"
