"Boneless thighs are perfect for 'High-Heat' cooking. Because they contain more healthy fats and connective tissue than the breast, they can handle a hard sear in a cast-iron pan or on a hot BBQ. This creates a beautiful caramelized crust on the outside while the inside remains incredibly soft and juicy. For the best results, always let them rest for 3–4 minutes after cooking."
