At Stack Butcher, we ensure our gammon is cured traditionally, meaning less water shrinkage and more meat on your plate.

Ingredients:

Scottish Pork (90%), Water, Salt, Preservatives (E250, E252). Smoked version contains natural wood smoke.

Allergen Info: Contains Sulphites.

Storage Advice: Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Suitable for home freezing on the day of purchase for up to 6 months.

Preparation: Delivered raw and ready for the grill or pan.


Cooking Inspiration

The Pub Classic: Pan-fry for 3–4 minutes per side and serve topped with a griddled pineapple ring or a perfectly fried egg, alongside chunky chips and garden peas.

Gammon & Cheesy Leeks: Grill the steaks and serve smothered in a rich, creamy leek and cheddar sauce for a decadent winter warmer.

Cooking Instructions
