Cooking Inspiration

The "Seven-Hour" Roast: Rub with garlic, sea salt, and fresh rosemary. Roast at a low temperature (140°C) for 4–5 hours until the meat can be flaked with a fork.

Middle-Eastern Style: Rub with ras el hanout and honey. Serve the pulled meat over hummus and flatbreads with a pomegranate salad.
