A true farmhouse classic, our Pork & Leek Sausages are a masterclass in balanced flavour. We combine succulent British pork with the crisp, garden-fresh sweetness of real chopped leeks. This combination creates a sausage that is light yet deeply savoury, offering a refreshing, herbaceous twist on the traditional pork link.
Each batch is hand-blended by our master butchers, ensuring the leeks are evenly distributed to provide a subtle, onion-like sweetness in every bite. Whether they are the star of a gourmet brunch or the heart of a comforting mid-week mash, these sausages bring a sophisticated, garden-fresh profile to your plate.
The Perfect Flavour Pairing
Succulent Pork: Sourced from high-welfare farms, providing a juicy base that carries the flavour of the leek perfectly.
Fresh Leek Infusion: We use real leeks to ensure a natural texture and a pop of freshness that dried flavorings simply can't match.
Pure Seasoning: Simply seasoned with sea salt and cracked black pepper to let the quality of the meat and vegetables shine through.
Artisan Craftsmanship: Hand-linked in natural casings for that authentic "snap" and traditional butcher’s shop appearance

Cooking Inspiration
Bangers & Mash: Serve alongside creamy, buttery mashed potatoes and a rich cider-infused gravy to complement the sweetness of the leeks.
Sausage & Bean Casserole: These sausages pair beautifully with cannellini beans, fresh kale, and a light mustard-cream sauce.
The Gourmet Grill: Perfect for the BBQ; the sugars in the leeks caramelize beautifully over the charcoal for a smoky, sweet finish.
Butcher’s Top Tip
"Because our pork and leek sausages contain real vegetables, they are best cooked slowly over a medium heat. This allows the leeks to soften and sweeten inside the casing without the skins burning. Try browning them in a pan and then finishing them in a warm oven for 10 minutes to keep them incredibly juicy.
