Storage: Keep refrigerated below 5°C. For the best flavor, consume within 2 days of delivery. Suitable for home freezing on the day of purchase for up to 3 months.

Cooking Inspiration

Crispy Skin Pan-Sear: Score the skin lightly and place skin-side down in a hot pan with a little oil. Press down firmly for 2 minutes to ensure even crisping, then flip and finish to your liking.

Lemon & Herb Traybake: Lay the side on a bed of asparagus and baby potatoes. Top with thin lemon slices, fresh dill, and knobs of butter. Roast at 180°C for 15–20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
